What documents do I need to bring when picking up my vehicle?
You will need: (1) Your valid UK / EU photocard driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months), (2) Two proofs of address dated within the last 3 months (e.g. utility bill, council tax, bank statement), (3) A debit or credit card in the driver's name, and (4) A DVLA licence check code from gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
How does the security deposit work?
A refundable security deposit (£100 to £500 depending on vehicle group) is pre-authorized via Chip & PIN terminal in branch when collecting your vehicle. It is released immediately upon return of the vehicle undamaged and with the agreed fuel level.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, additional drivers can be added during online reservation or at the branch counter for £10.00/day. All additional drivers must present their photocard licence and DVLA check code.
